At Nanny B. Agency, we believe in fairness and transparency. Instead of charging a percentage of the nanny’s annual salary—like many other agencies—we use a flat-rate fee structure. This ensures all our clients are treated equally, with no one prioritized based on payment. Every family is our top priority, and we’re committed to providing exceptional service and applicants to each of you.

To begin your search, a $300 Engagement Fee is required after your free consultation.

Once you’ve selected the perfect nanny and all parties have signed the work agreement, the final Placement Fee will be due. We’re here for you beyond the placement process, offering continued support and assistance throughout your nanny’s employment.
