The Process to work with the Nanny B. Agency

Apply
Start by completing our Nanny Application to share your childcare experience, skills, certifications, and passions. Include anything that makes you unique, like hobbies or special talents, to help us match you with a family that aligns with your strengths. Please note if you are intrested in a specifical job position. The more we know about you, the better we can support you in finding your perfect placement.After reviewing your application, we’ll schedule an informal phone call to learn more about you and explain our process.

Interview and Screen
If we believe you to be a good match to our agency, we’ll move forward with a formal virtual interview to discuss your professional experience, skills you have, and what positions you are interested in applying for. Our screening process includes a thorough search into your work history, education and contacting your 3 professional references you provide for personal statements on your character. Once you have complete profile, a background check will be required.

Find your Family
Once the rigorous screening process is completed, nannies will be entered into the candidate pool for current positions. When a potential family match is identified, we’ll coordinate interviews and help facilitate the process. Once a match is made, we’ll assist in creating a fair and comprehensive contract, ensuring everything from rates to PTO is handled smoothly. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
